JTS Affirms Commitment to Business Integrity and Anti-Corruption Efforts, Earns First-Year Certification from Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC)

Mr. Song Do Lee, the President of Jasmine Technology Solution Public Company Limited (JTS), proudly announces that the Company has been awarded the certification as an organization has successfully passed the assessment and received recognition as a member of the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC). This marks the first year of JTS’s participation in this initiative, which is facilitated by the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption Committee of the Institute of Directors (IOD). The certification is valid for three years and attests to the company’s commitment and determination to combat corruption in all its forms. Companies participating in this initiative must pass an evaluation process of policies and practices to prevent internal corruption, aligning with the criteria set by CAC.

Mr. Sang Do Lee emphasized that JTS places an importance on combating corruption. The Company is committed to conducting business with honesty, integrity, transparency, and in compliance with laws and good corporate governance principles. Additionally, there is a strong awareness of the importance of preventing corruption in all forms. The Company has established an Anti-Corruption Policy to serve as a guideline for practices and and to prevent issues related to corruption. The Board of Directors and employees of the Company have undergone training on the anti-corruption policy and ethical standards set by the Company. They have committed to neither engage in nor accept corruption, both directly and indirectly, not supported any business that involves or accepts corruption, and will not tolerate or support corruption or unethical practices under any circumstances. Furthermore, they are committed to adhering rigorously to the Company’s anti-corruption measures.
